What was his wake up call you ask? It was a failed suicide attempt at age 17 after being sober for 3 months, then 2 weeks in the psych ward. After about 2 years of sobriety and being clean from drugs and still feeling unfulfilled and stuck, he realized he had and could get all the resources to be productive, but the problem was the application of said resources. Now being sober for over 34 years and in management and leadership roles for over 30 years, it has given him the knowledge and personal awareness of ones struggles. He has gained a mastery of recognizing patterns and the ability to break them and help create beneficial ones. He has studied personal and professional development for 30 plus years, and has completed programs by Tony Robbins, Strategic Intervention Institute, The Coaching Institute, and many more.

Without even realizing it, Coach Kim had been studying people her whole life but didn’t realize her true calling until she ended up homeless with a young child. After serving a highly successful 5-year career on active duty, she found herself totally lost.After 3 failed attempts at owning her own business in 2005, she went into real estate. Following the market crash, she started selling her furniture to put food on the table. She had just sold her dining room table and couches when her car started on fire in the parking lot of the real estate company she was working for that led to infidelity, divorce, and eventually homelessness.In that time, she was learning how to be self-reliant. She started feeding her mind and realized that she was the one in control of her future. The adversity taught her that it was up to her and she had the answers, she just needed to use the tools given to her.
